About Us

A concept developed by Royal West, Sénior Living is a long stay project aimed at the senior population. With this concept, Royal West intends to respond to the difficulties that this segment faces in terms of access to excellence establishments and tourism. One of the major problems identified, in addition to the lack of appropriate tourist information for this segment, accessibility is one of the major dilemmas encountered. This project aims to provide an answer, not only to these problems, but also to others of an internal / personal nature, such as the increasing lack of confidence in establishments with specific services.

This project follows a different path to concepts equivalent to luxury homes because the dedication is not in the excellent services that are available, but in the residents and their needs, so that their satisfaction is done in an effective and personalized way. The excellence and motivation of each resident are two of the main ingredients that are present within this concept so that the experience lived within Royal West are moments of pure satisfaction and well-being. Time is a precious asset, whether for work or leisure, and the focus is also on making sure it is not wasted. Residents can enjoy their time enjoying the possibility of outdoor activities, SPA, beauty and aesthetics services, indoor pool and enjoy the comfort of the accommodation that is chosen because each has its own theme and decoration.

Royal West’s duty is to conceive all the quality that rural life has to offer, making the residents’ time spent in a unique way. This time can be spent in quality inside and outside the Royal West, as it is in an area with easy accessibility and quick access to several tourist spots on the West coast, such as the Ilha das Berlengas, the Dino Park Lourinhã, where there is the greatest exposure to the Dinosaurs outdoors in Portugal on a full scale, the beautiful beaches, countryside landscapes and the local trade itself, are some of the perks to be enjoyed and, if the desire is to take a leap to the Portuguese capital, Lisbon is just 45 minutes away.

Security – Our main focus is on the security of our residents. Our private accommodation has systems such as 24 hour surveillance, fire alarm and also, a thorough care with regard to hygiene and health not only for customers but also for all surrounding employees.

Accommodations

We have several types of accommodation available for our residents to enjoy their privacy comfortably and in the way they like most.

All baptized with a name, from T2 to suites, their decoration varies between the rustic and the modernist.

Suite de Luxo

The Luxury Suite is probably our best suite.

On the 1st floor, it has a double bedroom with kitchenette and bathroom, shower and a hot tub, with independent access.

The double room has a double bed. Equipped with wardrobe, cable TV, radio and air conditioning.

Suite Deluxe

The Deluxe Suite is a suite with a double bedroom and bathroom, mini-pool (bathtub) with shower and seating area. It has 33 square meters and independent access.

The double room has a double bed. Equipped with furniture / dresser / wardrobe, minibar, cable TV, radio and air conditioning.

Suite Premium

The Premium Suite is probably one of our best suites.

On the 1st floor, it has a double bedroom with kitchenette, bathroom and a hot tub, with independent access.

Apartamento T1

The T1 apartment, consists of a double bedroom, living room and kitchen, and also a bathroom, in a total of 50 square meters.

The double bedroom consists of a double bed and a wardrobe.

The living room consists of a sofa bed for resting and sleeping, a coffee table and even armchairs for resting.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, electric oven, extractor fan, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and kitchen accessories, allowing you to prepare your own meals. Table and chairs for meal.

Equipped with minibar (in the fridge), cable TV, radio and air conditioning.

Apartamento T0

The T0 apartment, consists of Bedroom and Kitchen, in the same space, with 27 square meters.

The bedroom has a double bed. It also has a coffee table, dresser and wardrobe.

Apartamento T2

The T2 apartment, consists of 2 double bedrooms, living room and kitchen, pantry, and also a toilet, in a total of 62 square meters.

One of the bedrooms is double with a double bed. The other room consists of a double bed or two beds. Both have wardrobes.

The living room consists of a sofa bed, a coffee table and a lounge chair.

The kitchen, in the same space, is fully equipped with an electric hob, electric oven, extractor fan, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and kitchen accessories, allowing you to prepare your own meals. Table and chairs for the meal.

With the difficulty of the senior population to find someone to trust their time with, our infrastructures were prepared with a view to greater comfort and safety.

From a games room, jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pool, restaurant, as well as all the countryside, Royal West offers the chance for the customer to enjoy a space where they can spend their time with all the deserved tranquility.
